Pursuant to Cabinet Regulation No. 207, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchased item and return it within 14 calendar days of purchase.

The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within seven days of the submission or dispatch of the written refusal.

Section 12, paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the consumer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product within the term of exercising the right of withdrawal. HobbySet Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to the purchaser the right of withdrawal or to charge a refund in the event that the item is used and / or damaged, is not in its original packaging, or its packaging is materially damaged.
If a defective product is purchased, the buyer must immediately notify SIA HobbySet by phone. +371 27071071 or by contacting personally at 100 Dzirnavu Street, Riga, otherwise you will not be able to return the item.
Upon commencement of use of the purchased item, the purchaser certifies that it is as desired and will not be accepted for return. Please read the instructions before using the product as it will not be possible to return the product if it is damaged due to improper use.
The money paid for the item will be returned in person at the store or with a review within 30 days of receipt of the consumer's written refusal. If the purchase was made with a review, the money will also be returned to your bank account after the item is returned. The Seller shall be entitled not to refund the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods until the Buyer has returned it to the Store or has provided proof of delivery.
If the item is abandoned, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.
